This page explains what personal information we collect through the website, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the service providers involved in processing enquiries.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, organisation details, phone number, and the details you provide about your requirement. We may also collect limited technical data needed to protect the contact form from abuse and to process the submission securely.
We normally obtain this information directly from you when you complete the contact form, email us, telephone us, or otherwise communicate with us about a business requirement.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess procurement or supply requirements, prepare commercial follow-up where appropriate, and maintain communication connected with your request. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and/or is based on our legitimate interests in reviewing enquiries, communicating with prospective customers and suppliers, and administering our business. We do not collect enquiry information for unrelated marketing activity.
Using the contact form is optional. However, we need your name, email address, and sufficient information about your requirement to review and respond to an enquiry. If you do not provide those details, we may be unable to respond. Organisation and telephone details are optional.
We retain enquiry information while we review and respond to your request and for as long as follow-up is reasonably expected. Once an enquiry is concluded and no further communication or business relationship is reasonably anticipated, we delete or anonymise the information unless it is needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-management, or record-keeping purposes.
If an enquiry develops into a customer, supplier, or contractual relationship, relevant information is retained for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for as long as required to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
The contact form uses third-party service providers to support form security and enquiry delivery. These include Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse protection and Resend for email delivery. They process limited information only as required to help us receive, protect, and respond to website enquiries. We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice, protect legal rights, or manage a resulting business relationship.
Cloudflare and Resend operate internationally, and information processed through the contact form may be transferred to or processed in countries outside the United Kingdom, including the United States. Where required, these providers use recognised safeguards for international transfers, which may include UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and contractual safeguards incorporating the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, deletion, restriction of processing, or transfer of information you provided to us. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to conditions and exemptions under data protection law.
